The Church Where I Married You

I sit in the Church
Where I married you
The Big Church
On the Avenue

And I realize
That my life 
Has never been 
Of my own design

It's guided by God
Mysteriously 
For His own purposes
Both earthly and divine

I sit in the Church
Where I married you
It's quiet 
Now 
And I am 
Quiet inside
