Disciplined Decisions

At some point you’ll need to make a decision where if you do what you always have done, or if you think they way that you typically do, you’re going to get it wrong. You’re going to mess up and find yourself in a more difficult place because of the choice that you made.


This is an opportunity to realize that your normal approach is not always the best approach and that not all problems respond to the same kind of logic. Sometimes, you need to be flexible and adapt your thinking and your actions to the situation at hand. If you can make the right decision in this situation, you’ll come away wiser, more disciplined, and feeling more in control than if you had stumbled into the wrong solution by doing what you have always done before.
