Conservatives and the Bible
I am delighted to hear that Mr. Obama‘s Netflix deal has inspired some conservatives to turn off their televisions and read the Bible. For most of them, it will be the first time. Let’s hope that some of the lessons will bring about a change of heart in conservatives for whom concepts such as feeding the poor and healing the sick have been heretofore anathema to their values and their political preferences.
