New York Minute 46 - Two For Tuesday

Two New York Minutes in one! A two-for-Tuesday special!

Both of these encounters occurred as I was walked home from the office. Ah, yes! A good, brisk stroll can be so inspiring!

The first moment occurred as I past two quite elderly gentlemen walking arm in arm in matching fur jackets. I don't know what kind of fur it was, but it was medium brown with vertical dark brown stripes. Very stylish!

The second moment occurred when I passed a lovely young lady playing Christmas carols on a bagpipe outside of Grand Central Station. A scruffy old bum standing about ten feet away, yelled out two words repeatedly in a raspy voice.

"Rasta! California!"

"Rasta! California!"

Apparently, the bagpipes reminded him of the rock concerts that he attended during his misspent youth.
