Representative Ocasio-Cortez
I am so proud of Representative Ocasio-Cortez for standing up to a rude, vulgar bully. No woman should have to endure that kind of harassment and demeaning language from a colleague or from anyone under any circumstances. And no, his apology was not an apology. He claimed that he never said it, that this was all a misunderstanding. Now, he has a chance to be a real man and offer a real apology. But as the Representative said in her moving and powerful remarks today, “I won’t hold my breath.”
