New York Minute 93 - Ice Cream Adventure

When you’re out and about on a hot summer day, it’s natural to think about cooling off with some delicious ice cream. You walk to the nearest grocery store only to discover that the ice cream there isn’t on sale, and at full price, it’s rather expensive.

You remember that another store in the area is running a sale. Even in the intense heat and humidity, you don’t mind walking a couple of extra blocks to save some money. So, you hike over to the other store, walk into the cool, air conditioned comfort on the other side of the sliding glass doors, and pick up a hand basket for toting your purchases. As you walk thought the tranquil mini rain forest that is the produce section, you notice a small rat dash across the aisle a few meters ahead of you.

In that moment, you realize how grateful you are that ice cream is sold in sealed packages.
