New York Minute 92 - Jaywalking For Two

I felt a jolt of panic when I looked up and noticed a very pregnant woman walking slowly across a wide avenue and against the light. She was in the crosswalk, but the traffic, which was approaching rapidly, had the right away. Somehow, she managed to make it safely to the other side before the vehicles reached the intersection. Why anyone would take such a foolish risk is beyond all comprehension.
