We don’t always make the best choices
They’re not always thoughtful or kind
Driving those daily decisions
Are the haunts of our hearts and our minds
But it’s the right of the living to make them
Good, indifferent, or bad
For when we are gone, dead and buried,
There’s not one more choice to be had
