Facebook and Google Plus need a meme filter.
I enjoy reading about your day, your insights, your opinions on hot topics. I don't mind looking at pictures of your child, your pet, your friends, your dinner, or your new haircut.
But I don't like having my news feed flooded with graphic slogans no matter how clever or touching the message.
People who send lots and lots of this junk eventually end up on my Do Not Follow list, not because I don't care about them, but because I don't have enough hours of free time to sort though pre-canned spam in order to find the real messages that people post. Sorry to be a curmudgeon about this. I'm just a busy person. :-)
