Expectation is the foundation of disappointment.


Getting away with a mistake doesn’t justify repeating it.


An embarrassing moment will haunt you forever, but only if you let it.


Getting better is more satisfying than getting even.


If you aren’t measuring your progress, you’re wasting your time.
