To Do List


1. Do something that makes you laugh.

2. Do something that makes you smile.

3. Talk to someone who makes you feel appreciated.

4. Do something that makes you feel better physically.

5. Do something that improves your mood.

6. Do something that will put you in a better position tomorrow.

7. Do something that will bring a smile to someone’s face.
