Addiction

Recently, I read an interesting article. The author suggested that people should not be held accountable for their addictions. Some folks, it turns out, are genetically predisposed to addiction.

Well, let me tell you something about genetic predisposition. I am genetically predisposed to want to have sex with your sister. And yet if your sister and I spent some time together, I would miraculously find a way to keep my pants on.

Don't blame your problems on genetics. You are accountable for your own actions. Period.
